GETTING IT RIGHT
“And when He comes, He will convict the world concerning sin, and righteousness, and judgment.” John 16:8 Jesus taught that it would be the work of the Holy Spirit to convict the world of sin. Without the Holy Spirit, we would still be in darkness, dead, living in ignorance, and the list goes on. We become spiritual because of the Spirit.
The Puritan, Thomas Goodwin, said that it is the Holy Spirit who “takes all the pains with us.” This, and nothing less, is his work in conversion. It is for us who believe to wonder, to adore, and to know ourselves as new creatures in Christ. We need to make it our daily goal to live with the Spirit’s help, and what has been wrought in us by the Spirit’s power. True conversion is known by the new quality of life that it produces.
Conversion is the most significant thing that ever happens to any human being. It makes God our focus, Christ our glory, the Spirit our life, and heaven our home forever. And it is the Holy Spirit himself who effects this union, sustains it by his indwelling presence, makes it fruitful in Christlike living, and who will one day finish his transformation by giving us new bodies to match our renewed hearts.
The work of the Holy Spirit in our conversation includes our new birth (John 3), our new creation (2 Corinthians 2:1-5), our new life (Romans 6) and our new self (Ephesians 4).

With our Christian episodes create spiritual awareness among all nations about the importance of having a relationship with Jesus. With God’s love we cast out His word to all the nations of the world to gather His church.
DINING WITH JESUS VISION STATEMENT Our vision is to strengthen families through God’s word and increasing the number of people locally and from all nations to come to Jesus. God’s word will spiritually heal and transform individuals and communities creating a sense of purpose and meaning in their lives along with responsibility and accountability. Churches, business owners, non-profits and other organizations will participate in DWJ episodes providing all our viewers information about basic community resources to better the lives of their families. If one of you says to them, “Go in peace; keep warm and well fed,” but does nothing about their physical needs, what good is it? James 2:16 New International Version (NIV).
DINING WITH JESUS OUTCOME We are here to strengthen families and with God’s blessing we will see an increasing number of episodes helping us to bring people locally and from all nations to Jesus. All these people will make a difference in their families and in their community. We will build up an ongoing network of support with Evangelical Christian churches, the Christian community, nonprofit organizations, business owners and families to continue to strengthen families.
